Do you offer flat-fee vacation rental management?
Yes. Flat monthly fees start at $695 for one bedroom, $895 for two, $1,095 for three, and $1,295 for four. Five or more bedrooms receive a custom quote. Property expenses and optional services are separate.
What is your percentage management fee?
Percentage management is 25% of rental revenue for one property or 20% for owners with multiple properties. Your proposal confirms the scope and fee.
